General technical requirements for cashew kernels
- Adhered testa skin shall not be more than 1%, the diameter should not exceed 1mm.
- Must not be dirt, vermin or damaged by vermin.
- Must not be rancid or have a strange odor.
- Moisture not more than 5%.
- Do not exceed 5% of lower grade defects.
